Vaaranam Ayiram movie has a right mix of romance and action

Surya discussing about his upcomming movie Vaaranam Ayiram Surya adds that he will be seen in varied roles in the movie from the character of a College guy to that on a Military person.

This movie directed by Gautham Menon will be more talked about than Khaka Khaka. The movie has a right mix of romance and action.

After Ghajini only two of his movies hit the screen. The only reason is because the actor would like to treat his fans with good character and a different story. He needs to see something different in his character for him to sign the movie. After Vaaranam Ayiram actor Surya will be seen in the direction of K.V Anand. The actor will .also be seen in another movie under Murugadoss direction.

Art director Rajeevan will erect a mammoth set abroad to shoot one of these songs. The camera by Rathnavelu and Thamarai has penned the lyrics.

A trim Suriya sports a teenager look in the film. Sameera Reddy and Divya are the heroines.

Satyam Sivam Sundaram from Telugu as Sadhu Miranda

Before commencing Sadhu Miranda, director Siddique actually started it in Telugu in the title ‘Satyam Sivam Sundaram’ with Nitin and Meera Chopra (read Nila). However, the film was halted from hitting theatres due to various
reasons.

Siddique, who was apparently irked by the delay came to Kollywood with the same story and made the film as Sadhu Miranda with Prasanna and Kavya Madhavan in the lead. And without any hiccups here, the film was released all over Tamilnadu last week and managed to win rave reviews.

Thanks to the succesful run of Sadhu Miranda, attempts are now being made to give a fresh lease of life to the Telugu version. It is said that the producer of ‘Satyam Sivam Sundaram’ is planning to release the film in the month of March.

Vikram's dream has come true

Vikram has told several times that it is one of his dreams to act in ace director Mani Rathnam’s film. Now the dream has come true. It is learnt from reliable sources that Madras Talkies has roped in the talented actor for a film.

Mani Ratnam is considering Cheeyan for an important role in his next Hindi film which will have the Guru team of Aishwarya Rai and Abishek Bachchan once again. Talks are said to be on between Mani Ratnam and Vikram. If this offer comes through, fans of Cheeyan and Mani Ratnam are sure to be delighted as the talented couple has never been teamed up earlier.

The exciting combination of Mani - Vikram, however, will not take place in the near future. We have to wait for at least one and half years to see them coming together.
Mani Rathnam is now busy shaping up the script of his Hindi movie featuring Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai in the lead while Vikram is busy with ‘Kanthaswamy’.

He will have to finish two projects with K.S. Ravikumar and Ameer before coming to the movie made by Mani Rathnam.

Director Saran is back in action

Director Saran is back in action after a small break after his ‘Idayathirudan’ . Though he produced ‘Muni’ last year, he was not into filmmaking for quite some time.

He is now planning to direct a new film featuring Vinay in the lead role. The title of the film is yet to be decided.

Now Saran is hunting for the heroine. Though he has sought call sheet from Sneha, he is also searching another girl, who could be handy in providing glamour to the fare.
